- Manufacturing: filament wound in the United States.
- Reinforcement: predominantly low-angle axial fibers with an outer ±45° layer for longitudinal rigidity, shear and hoop support.
- Inside diameter tolerance: metric ±0.1 mm; imperial ±0.005 in.
- Outside diameter tolerance: metric ±0.2 mm; imperial ±0.010 in.
- Typical longitudinal modulus: approximately 45 GPa / 6.53 Msi.
- Demonstrated flexural strength: approximately 552 MPa / 80.1 ksi.
- Service temperature: up to 250°F / approximately 121°C.
Representative mechanical results reference the RC00750 tube (0.750 in ID, 0.990 in OD) and are not minimum design allowables for every size. Confirmation is required for expected loads or critical applications.
